Open
Outlook and click "Tools" then
select "Email Accounts".

Select "Add a new email account".
Leave the "Directory" choices blank, then click
on "Next"

Select "POP3", then click "Next".

Section #1: enter your name
(or the name you want displayed on outgoing email) and your
email address.
Section #2: Your User Name is your FULL
EMAIL ADDRESS, ie. bob@yourdomain.com. It is important
to note that Outlook has pre-filled this field with just the
first part of your email address address. You must override
this and enter the full email address.
Section #3:Incoming mail server (POP3):
mail.wedohosting.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) can be your
local ISP or relaymail.wedohosting.com. If you choose relaymail.wedohosting.com,
you must also follow step #5 below. If you use your own ISP, you can enter their information
in this field then click next and skip to Step 7.

If you have specified "relaymail.wedohosting.com"
as your outgoing mail server, then click the option for "More
Settings" followed by the tab for "Outgoing
Server" at the top of this window.

Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
and choose - "use same settings as my incoming
mail server". Everything else can be left as
is. Then, click "Ok" to return to
the main screen.

Click "Finish"
to complete the wizard, and you're done!
