Step 1 |
Open Outlook and click on
"Tools" then "Accounts".

Step 2 |
From this screen choose to "Add
-> Mail".

Step 3 |
Enter the name that you want displayed when someone receives your email. This can be "Bob
Smith" or your company name. It will not affect the function
of your mail, just the display.
Once you have your name in the field, click "Next" to
continue to the next step.

Step 4 |
Now enter your email address, ie. bob@yourdomain.com.

Step 5 |
1. Your
incoming mail server is a "POP3" server.
2. Your Incoming
mail server is: mail.wedohosting.com
3. Your Outgoing
mail server is your current provider. Check with your ISP for this configuration.
4. Click "Next".

Step 6 |
1. Your Account name is your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS, ie. bob@yourdomain.com. It is important to note that Outlook has pre-filled this field with just the first part of your email address address. You must override this and enter the full email address.
2. Type your password (remember it's case-sensitive)
3. You may choose to "remember password", that's up to you.
4. Do not select "Log on using .."
5. Click "Next".

Step 7 |
Select the type of connection you have for the Internet. Click "Next".

Click "Finish" to complete the wizard,
and you're done!
